Redeeming your points is simple! Just follow these steps:
- Browse Rewards: Check out the list of available rewards and pick the one you like.
- Select Your Reward: Click on your preferred option to start the process.
- Review Details: Before proceeding, we recommend reading the reward description, terms and conditions, redemption instructions, and any disclaimers to ensure it meets your expectations.
- Log In: Log in to your Twitch account when prompted to save your points and complete the process.
- Verification Process: Before you can redeem your rewards, we verify your identity to ensure that only you can access your earned points. Please review this article for more details on the verification process.
How to View Your Redeemed Items
- Go to Your Profile Page
- Select "Redeemed Items"
- There, you can review the list of your redeemed items.
Redemption Statuses
- Sent: The code has been sent to the email address linked to your account.
- Processing: The code is about to be sent, but it may take up to 7 business days.
- Declined: The redemption request was declined.

my gift cards were declined and i never got my points back
Have not received gift cards despite emailing support.
